Tamworth Business Solutions: A Business on Mission



On a summer Sunday morning, I listened to our Pastor describe being generous to others by not only giving from our finances, but also our skills.  From this message, Tamworth Business Solutions was born and since that time our opportunities for service have been overwhelming. 
 
Tamworth Business Solutions is a service oriented provider of Safety and Risk Management Services for those small to medium sized businesses that are large enough to meet eligibility requirements of various regulating authorities but yet are too small to employ someone full time to manage these requirements.

Our Mission Statement:

Tamworth Business Solutions is committed to providing individualized resolutions to the needs of our client base.  We will be honest in our evaluations and suggestions and work tirelessly in our efforts to provide quality all around service to those who call upon us.

Our Ethics and Standards:

Tamworth Business Solutions does not discriminate against any client, potential client or business associate for any reason. We respect the eternal intrinsic value of the individual and refuse to view anyone as a member of a “group” of any type. 

We are God led and as officers we are merely stewards of this business. We prayerfully consider every contract before we commit our signatures, and we regularly pray for our business associates, both individuals and organizations. It is not our intention to push our beliefs onto others, but to serve as a witness that businesses can compete and thrive in the marketplace by providing a high quality product while following principles based upon universal truths and refusing to compromise high standards of ethics and values.

Our company code of ethics can be summed up by three Biblical commandments:
  • Love Your God with all your heart, mind, soul and strength
  • Love Your Neighbor as you love yourself
  • Do unto others as you would have them do unto you
Tamworth Business Solutions refuses to engage in business practices that are unethical, immoral, unlawful or questionable in any way.  We pledge to uphold our Christian values and demonstrate character traits of our faith.  As such, we invite our business associates to hold us accountable to fulfill this pledge.   

Because we are not perfect, if we make a mistake, we will apologize as quickly as possible and will do everything in our power to repair the situation as quickly as possible.
